Hunter jumps out of his skin after nudging 'dead' deer in woods only for its eyes to open and it spring 3 ft into the air and run off

A hilarious video shows the moment a hunter got the fright of his life after he nudged a buck he shot down - before it suddenly opened its eyes and sprang to its feet.
The footage, which surfaced this week, shows an unidentified American hunter leaving his tree stand in the woods and walking towards a deer on the ground.
'Got one,' the man can be heard muttering as he walks along with the camera pointed towards the deer. 'It's a buck too. I don't know how big it was but it was running.'

Wake up call: As he approaches the deer, it has its eyes shut, but he then nudges it with his foot, right
As he nears the deer, which is on its side, he notices it's still breathing.
Slowly, he approaches the buck from the front and the animal's eyes are firmly closed.
But uncertain whether or not he killed the animal, he nudges its legs with its boot - and its eyes open suddenly.
'Holy s***!' the man says. 'Its eyes are open!'
He screams in horror as the deer's eyes open wider and the animal suddenly bounds up to its feet.
With the camera still rolling, the watches as the deer leaps at least three feet in the air. The animal can then be seen running into the woods.
The video, which was filmed in November 2013 and shared to Liveleak, has been viewed 1.1 million times on the website.

One viewer scalded the hunter for not knowing the deer was alive, saying it would have had its eyes open had it been dead, while others said it should have been left to bleed out.
Other viewers said they hoped the hunter managed to put the deer out of its misery.
But others laughed at the video and admitted they had leapt almost as high as the deer.
'My co-workers are laughing at me for jumping,' one admitted

Shocking living conditions of Eastern European 'slaves' revealed after rescue from warehouse where they were paid just £25 for working a 80-hour week k

These pictures show the appalling living conditions a group of eastern European slaves were forced to endure before being rescued by police.
Officers saved 13 Slovakian 'slaves' during a raid at a picture framing factory in Rochdale.
They have alleged they were working in terrible conditions and were paid £25 for an 80-hour week after deductions for rent and travel.
The home they lived in is bare, filthy and some of them were forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
Filthy: The Rochdale house where the 13 Slovakian slaves lived. They were paid £25 for an 80-hour week after rent was deducted for the squalid home and travel
One officer said: 'The men and women were effectively working for pennies, while simultaneously ensuring they remain reliant on the people enslaving them'. Pictured, a mattress on the floor in their spartan home
Grim: Washing dries in a bare, filthy room in the Rochdale house the workers were forced to live in
The 'slaves', all adults, were found during a police raid working in a unit on a business park and had been subject to 'physical and verbal abuse', say police.

Four men, aged, 34 51, 43 and 40, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to require another person to perform forced or compulsory labour and conspiracy to commit trafficking offences.
The raid follows the previous discovery of 10 other eastern European 'slaves' at a house in Rochdale, where the workers were being kept four to a room.
It is the latest phase of Operation Retriever, designed to tackle human trafficking in Rochdale.
Its first strike last month ended with five people being charged over their alleged involvement in a trafficking ring which is said to have sold a pregnant woman into a sham marriage and then attempted to trick her into aborting her baby.
More pictures showing the squalid conditions. The raid follows the previous discovery of 10 other eastern European 'slaves' at a house in Rochdale, where the workers were being kept four to a room
Commenting on the latest raid, Det Insp James Faulkner said: 'This is another excellent result from a joint operation which has strived to uncover and protect vulnerable victims from the men and women hoping to exploit them for their own financial gain.
'The men and women working in the factory have told us that they were subjected to physical and verbal assaults at the hands of their employers and forced to work more than 80 hours before ending up with around £25 for their week's work.
'This is a typical example of how modern slavery can work in the UK.
'The men and women are promised accommodation and jobs, but are forced to live in cramped, terrible conditions before being taken to work in a factory for more than 12 hours each day.'
The 13 'slaves', all adults, were found during a police raid working in a unit on a business park. Four men, aged 35, 51, 43 and 40, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to require another person to perform forced or compulsory labour and conspiracy to commit trafficking offences

He added: 'At the end of the week, the factory owners pay them around £125 for their 80 hours, but then take up to £100 away immediately for rent, travel and other expenses.
'This leaves the men and women effectively working for pennies, while simultaneously ensuring they remain reliant on the people enslaving them.
'When you consider that this factory was producing frames and pictures for major high street companies, with contracts running into the millions of pounds, it proves just how much money these men stood to make from this exploitation.
'Now GMP and our partners in Rochdale council will be striving to safeguard these victims from further exploitation, and we will do our utmost to ensure that the people responsible for this injustice are punished to the full extent of the law.'
Mark Widdup, director of economy and environment with Rochdale council, said: 'Today's raid is another example of agencies working together to share, connect and act on information, quickly and effectively.
'Through truly groundbreaking initiatives like PET, the Partnership Enforcement Team, we use all our tools and powers, be it through housing, revenues and benefits or trading standards to disrupt criminality in the borough.
'We want to send a clear message that Rochdale council and the police are committed to rooting out criminal behaviour, bringing the perpetrators to justice and helping victims.'

'I call myself plus-size - but I know I'm not': Size 10 Calvin Klein model Myla Dalbesio on why she isn't 'fat or fabulous' enough to fit the fashion industry's stereotypes

Model Myla Dalbesio has revealed that she doesn't feel she is large enough to be considered 'plus-size' and has admitted that she previously lied about her size and stuffed her clothes in order to secure modeling jobs aimed at bigger women.
While starring in a stunning photoshoot for Yahoo Style, the 27-year-old New Yorker explains that she has always felt like an 'in-betweener' in the fashion industry, with her size 10 figure too large for traditional jobs, but ironically too small for plus-size work.
'You get used to calling yourself a plus-size model when you’re not,' she said 'It has been hard. I can never figure out where I fit in, and I'm always making someone mad. I'm not skinny-skinny, but I'm not fat and fabulous either. I'm a size 10.'

Natural beauty: Thanks to her starring role in Calvin Klein's 'Perfectly Fit' campaign, Myla is now making a name for herself as a respected model - without needing to lose or gain weight
Earlier this year, Myla found herself at the center of a global controversy, after she was named as the first ever 'plus-size' model to feature as the face of Calvin Klein's popular underwear range.
The brand's decision to feature Myla in the 'Perfectly Fit' ads sparked fury from some women who felt that she was 'in no way' big enough to be plus-size - a label that Elle magazine bestowed on her in an interview about the lingerie campaign.
'There’s been a whole public outcry about me not being as big people think I should be,' Myla added.
'They say, "What do you have to complain about? You have a great body." But if you’re a size 6 or 10, that doesn’t mean you don’t need to see yourself represented too.'
While some women have reacted with outrage at Myla's success however, she admits that there are those who have hailed her as an inspiration - and as a role model for women are themselves of an 'in-between' size.
'I never thought through modeling that I could make a difference, and it’s is really cool to hear,' she explained.

'I can see why plus-size women want someone who’s plus-size in their clothes, but I want to book jobs and make money too. The size 16 and 14 girls are my friends. I want them to be successful. I want to see them on the cover of magazines, but I want a piece too.'
Much of the model's career has seen her struggling to work out where she might fit within an industry which typically expects its stars to be wafer-thin.
When she was first scouted at the age of 16, while competing in her local Miss Teen Wisconsin beauty pageant, Myla was told by all of the agents she met with that she needed to lose at least 10 pounds before she would secure any work.
And while she admits to trying almost every diet plan going - including Weight Watchers and the South Beach diet - the constant pressure to lose weight became too much for her.
So, after struggling with bulimia, she began to look for work as a plus-size model, despite admitting that she didn't really believe she fit that label either.

'It was confusing to me to be labeled plus size,' she revealed.
'I thought, "I shop at normal stores." It’s so f****d up the way the fashion world is structured.'
It was during the start of her career as a plus-size model that Myla had to resort to using hip and butt padding in order to ensure that she filled out the larger clothing sizes that she was expected to wear.
And even then, agents often told her that she would need to keep piling on the pounds if she really wanted to make her mark on the fashion world, advice which Myla admits made her all the more insecure about her figure and had her worrying that she would never truly fit in.
Thankfully, having now established herself as something of a fashion star, the hip and butt padding pieces rarely need to make an appearance; these days brands want to work with Myla herself, the model - and body - that they have seen starring in the now-infamous Calvin Klein ads.
'I didn’t have my big break when I was 15 or 16, and for Calvin Klein to hire me at 27 - for me - is remarkable,' she says.
